The Board is a group of local people who make decisions about regional investment in landscape management, derived from landscape and water levies, in conjunction with the Limestone Coast Landscape Plan. The plan sets targets for the management of the landscape in the region, and is delivered through a diverse range of programs and projects.

Perth NRM’s Board consists of up to eight independent directors and operates under the rules of the Perth NRM Constitution. The Board meets regularly throughout the year to oversee the strategic direction, governance and finances of Perth NRM. Each year the Board reports to members and stakeholders at the AGM in October/November.
